Usually there are quite a few questions from anyone looking to add or upgrade street signage in the township or development. If you are just starting down this decision-making process here are a few things to keep in mind.
1.Budget – Having so many options can seem daunting but it also allows for many different price points. Setting a budget will allow a professional to find the best value for your dollar. It also helps prioritize the look you want. For example; if a certain base is a must then more economical options can be provided elsewhere.
2. Find something you like – Finding an existing setup that you like can be helpful in allowing the distributor in choosing the most appealing option. Sometimes it can be exactly matched and others it can help get the concept get close as possible. In all cases it’s a great starting point for you and the distributor to begin finding what you like.
3. Be aware of local codes – Areas of all different types may or may not have local codes that can influence your signage. Things such as height from the ground the signage needs to reach or overall height of the pole. Also be aware of who needs to approve the product in your community or township. Taking care of these items early will make sure you have a smooth process in selection.
