Return Policy All Returns require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Non Damaged/Defective Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for payment of the original shipping and the return shipping charges. Custom orders are not returnable. Damaged Merchandise: All merchandise is shipped from our factory in good condition. If goods are damaged in transit or a shortage is claimed, the customer must notate this on the freight bill at the time of delivery. For both visable and concealed damage, it is the customer's responsibilty to contact the delivering carrier and request them to make an inspection. Damage to UPS, FedEx and DHL shipments must be kept in the original carton and wrapping. The customer must contact the local UPS, FedEx or DHL office within 5 business days of receipt of the product to have an inspection made and file a claim. UPS, FedEx and DHL small package shipments sometimes get split in transit. Please wait three days before filing a claim. Broken Glass must be reported to the manufacturer within 30 days of receipt of product |
